Lewis and Clark Law Review is seeking contributions to our Volume 23, Issue 2 Symposium Publication. The publication will focus on immigration issues stemming from the current administration’s Executive Order and immigration polices. We are seeking papers discussing the ongoing effects and legality of the EO across a variety of disciplines—e.g. constitutional law, civil procedure, criminal law, etc., as well as the plenary power doctrine’s application in immigration in general.
Lewis and Clark Law Review is in the top 3% of law reviews; our symposium issues are widely read and well received. Final papers for this symposium will need to be received by December 2017.
