The Journal of Business and Technology Law is now accepting submissions to be published in Volume 15 which will be comprised of two separate issues, one for Fall of 2019 and the other for Spring of 2020. The Journal enjoys a broad mandate but primarily focuses on cutting edge issues at the intersection of business and technology and has recently published articles discussing the regulation of financial derivatives, cyber-security in the wake of the Equifax breach, and trademark issues surrounding Big Tech. We welcome pieces pertaining to policy and analysis of current legal trends in the business and technology world.
Authors who wish to have a piece considered or would like to write for the Journal should email jbtl@law.umaryland.edu. Authors must have a JD or equivalent.
