Postscript is an online companion to the Southern California Law Review that permits us to publish a wider variety of worthwhile material than we can accommodate in our printed journal. Postscript is currently accepting submissions for Volume 95 on a rolling basis.
We seek to publish a wide range of timely legal commentaries, response pieces, book reviews, and student work. Essay submissions will ideally be between 6,000 and 10,000 words, although shorter submissions are welcome.
We strongly prefer to receive submissions through our journal profile page on Scholastica. Please direct any questions to sclr.postscript@lawmail.usc.edu, and we look forward to reviewing your submissions.
