Seton Hall Legislative Journal Accepting Submissions for Volume 44

The Seton Hall Legislative Journal is accepting submissions to be published in its 44th volume throughout the 2019-2020 year. The journal prides itself in legislative, statutory, and regulatory interpretation but publishes articles in all areas of law. Submissions should be at least 160 footnotes and at least 25 pages in length.
