The Missouri Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review is accepting manuscripts for its Fall 2022 volume. The Missouri Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review ("BETR") is a student-edited publication at the University of Missouri School of Law whose primary purpose is to publish works related to antitrust, business, corporate, finance, transactional and tax law among relevant topics. BETR welcomes submissions of all lengths that are related to business and tax. The will be reviewed throughout the summer, and publication offers are made on a rolling basis. Would the BETR consider articles addressing business tax matters in a foreign jurisdiction (for example, Brazil)?
BETR will consider articles addressing matters of business, tax and other areas in foreign jurisdictions as well.
