The Houston Journal of International Law invites the submission of manuscripts. The Houston Journal of International Law is a scholarly law journal that is edited, managed, and published wholly by its student-members. The Journal welcomes submissions related to international law that are of all lengths, as it maintains neither page-count requirements nor limitations. Please keep in mind, however, that most articles that the Journal publishes are approximately 10,000–25,000 words in length, including footnotes (i.e., approximately 20–60 publication-formatted pages, including footnotes). Please note, submissions are reviewed throughout the year, and publication offers are made on a rolling basis.
