The Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy is welcoming submissions for Volume 49!
The Journal is the leading law journal dedicated to conservative and libertarian scholarship. We publish literature on administrative law, constitutional law, and more from a right-of-center perspective. Join us as we continue to foster discussion on some of the most pressing legal issues of the day.
We are currently accepting articles from legal scholars, judges, and practitioners on a rolling basis. We prefer submissions that are 25-55 pages in length, but all submissions will be considered. Interested authors can submit their work through our Scholastica portal.
