Call for Papers Topic: The New York Law School Law Review is pleased to announce a call for papers to be published in connection with our symposium on October 10, 2014: Innovations in the Fight Against Human Trafficking: Advocates’ Perspectives and Proposals. The symposium’s companion Law Review publication will broadly examine various concerns in the fight against human trafficking, such as challenges that need to be considered, solutions, and current developments in the field. In examining these issues, the publication will address how these issues have been responded to in the past, as well as how they should be responded to at the international, federal, and state levels in the future. Your paper may address other topics related to the fight against human trafficking.
What to Submit: The Law Review will consider original pieces in the form of articles, essays, reflections, and scholarly analysis pertaining to the subject of human trafficking.
How and When to Submit: To be considered for publication, please upload your paper right here on Scholastica before May 15th, 2015. Your final paper should not exceed 35 pages in length (double-spaced, including footnotes, with the text double-spaced in 12-point font and the footnotes single-spaced in 10-point font). Space in the issue is limited and papers will be selected on a rolling basis, so early submission is recommended.
