The rapid digitalization of society has brought unprecedented opportunities and new challenges for criminal law. Cybercrimes such as hacking, identity theft, and cyberstalking, along with the growing role of artificial intelligence in criminal justice systems, are continuously reshaping the boundaries of criminal behavior and law enforcement. This symposium will provide a platform for legal scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and technologists to discuss how criminal law is adapting to these changes and how technology is reshaping the legal landscape.

We invite submissions on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:
- Compatibility of domestic and international legal instruments with emerging technologies
- Legislative, procedural, and ethical challenges posed by cybercrime
- The role of artificial intelligence in law enforcement and judicial decision-making
- The admissibility and reliability of digital evidence in criminal proceedings
- Privacy, surveillance, and human rights concerns in the digital age
- Comparative legal approaches to prosecuting cybercrimes
- Case studies on recent legal reforms related to crime in the digital space
- Cross-border cooperation in combating cybercrime
Submission Guidelines:
We welcome contributions from scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and experts in technology and cybersecurity. Abstracts should be 300–500 words, clearly outlining the research question, methodology, and key findings. Please include the author's name, affiliation, and contact information.
